This is another cost saver for a small business, along with the cost of training employees to use the software.
Like most of the other topics we have covered in this series, the cost of this state-of-the-art equipment is not entirely passed on to the consumer since these call centers have multiple clients. The cost of a business purchasing all the necessary equipment may be less than the entire contract to an offshore call center!
