Our multiple locations and language capabilities enable us to service clients in a wide spectrum of countries and industries.

We are headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, which is the centralized location for the majority of our services. We also have offices in strategic locations around the globe, including the United States and Costa Rica.

The Datascension office in San Jose, Costa Rica, is our business outsourcing flagship.  Located above the prestigious Mall San Pedro, this office holds over 700 stations, has its own on-site doctor, dentist, SPA treatment center and even a coffee bar.

Many of our employees are native English speakers, while others have studied abroad in the United States. The majority of our employees at this location are college graduates or students who have neutral accents.

Our satellite office in Costa Rica is located in Limon, a wild and beautiful region off of the Caribbean coast line that offers some of the most gorgeous sandy white beaches in the country.

Our Limon office is an outbound call center with over 100 CATI stations.  This satellite office offers all of the same luxuries as our San Jose office, but it is geographically positioned to take advantages of the many English-speaking residents of Limon.
